Turku Medieval and Early Modern Studies - Your new publishing series
Are you looking for a scholarly high-level publication possibility with an innovative and fresh approach? Launched in 2011, Turku Medieval and Early Modern Studies offers your book an excellent opportunity in the context of the international research community. Our series recognizes and enhances the high quality of your research by combining scientific credibility with elegant typographic design.
The Editorial Board invites proposals for monographs and edited volumes on topics from late antiquity to the 18th century in fields covered by TUCEMEMS, including archaeology, arts, cultural studies, history, legal studies, philology, philosophy, and the study of religion. We especially welcome studies crossing the traditional boundary between 'medieval' and 'early modern' or employing a multi/interdisciplinary perspective.
Manuscripts of doctoral theses, other scholarly monographs or collections of articles submitted for publication will be peer-reviewed by at least two anonymous referees. The publishing process will be supported by Editorial and Advisory Boards with expertise representing the relevant fields. Careful editorial attention will be paid to the style and language of the manuscript. The primary language of the series is English. The series publishes both printed and electronic volumes.
The Editorial Board of Turku Medieval and Early Modern Studies looks forward to receiving your proposal and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
